How to contact the team
Write to editors@animedoll.org for editorial corrections, current source links, outdated price observations or concerns about how a page describes adult products. This email address is the public contact channel for the Animedoll Field Guide editors. It is not a customer-support address for any manufacturer or retailer.
For the most useful correction, include the page path, the sentence or product identifier you believe is incorrect, and a current official manufacturer page or other verifiable source. Explain whether the issue is a number, a change in model availability, an unsuitable image, an incorrect internal link or an unclear claim. A specific report is easier to assess than a general statement that the entire page is outdated.
What to send about prices and specifications
A complete price correction identifies the exact head, body, material and option combination, the date observed, currency, warehouse and whether the price includes shipping. Different configurations can legitimately have different prices. For an incorrect weight or box-size claim, a manufacturer specification or confirmed warehouse document is more informative than a store-category summary.
Please do not email payment card data, account passwords, private order documents containing unrelated personal details or explicit images. A clean quotation or working source link is usually sufficient to explain an editorial issue. If you need to share a redacted screenshot, remove identifying information that the editorial team does not need.
Policy and safety concerns
If a page appears to describe an adult product inaccurately, uses inappropriate age framing or links to content outside the site’s adult-only editorial scope, tell us which page and why. The guide covers adult-bodied dolls only. Legal and customs passages should distinguish official rules from proposed legislation and from retailer assumptions; please include an authoritative source when reporting a legal change.
A message to the editors does not create a client relationship or require disclosure of personal sexual history. A concise factual report is enough. We do not request identity documents or proof of purchase merely to receive editorial feedback.
What we cannot handle
The editorial team cannot track your retailer order, process a refund, cancel a custom build, replace defective goods, change delivery information or issue a warranty decision. Those requests must go to the merchant that accepted your payment. If the issue concerns a carrier, work through the merchant and carrier claim process.
We also do not provide individualized legal, customs, medical or safety advice. For import restrictions, consult the destination country’s official authorities or a qualified professional. The site has no public phone number, postal address or promised response deadline. We do not claim that all messages will receive an individual reply.
A useful correction message
Use a descriptive subject line such as a page path and the feature being disputed. State the sentence, number or link that appears wrong and explain what you believe the correct information should be. Include the manufacturer's currently available specification, the merchant's specific configured product page or an official document if one exists. A dated screenshot can be helpful when a store changes its offer, but include the visible model name and option context so a cropped number is not mistaken for the price of another variant.
Distinguish confirmed errors from discrepancies still requiring investigation. It is useful to say that two sellers provide different shipping weights; it is not useful to assume one is fraudulent merely because the figures diverge. The editor may need to consider package contents, warehouse region, accessories or variant codes. If you have already asked the seller for clarification, include a short summary of the reply without sharing private account information. The purpose is a reproducible correction rather than a complaint unsupported by the available facts.
How to report a broken or misleading store link
State the guide page, the button or item label and what happened after opening it. The information is most actionable when it identifies the listed manufacturer and configuration, the destination shown in your browser and the unexpected result. A retailer redirect can fail because the model is discontinued, an item path changes or a region-specific page replaces the original listing. A redirect that opens a different product requires different treatment from a temporary store error.
Do not email passwords, payment details, identification documents or a full purchase receipt. We cannot access private accounts or process merchant transactions. If the problem concerns a charge, delivery, warranty or refund, use the contact channel in the seller's order confirmation or official store website. The editorial team can review an inaccurate public description of a referral link, but it cannot reverse a payment or change the merchant's inventory. A precise report allows the public guide to be corrected independently of a private commercial dispute.
Reporting a material or technical claim
Material composition should not be inferred from appearance alone. If a page describes a silicone head with a TPE body and the manufacturer actually lists a different combination, include the exact official variant or catalog revision. The same approach applies to advertised skeleton functions, detachable inserts, charging ports, heating options and separate head compatibility. Store options may be priced individually; an accessory appearing in a studio photo does not prove it is standard equipment.
Brand statements such as medical-grade or phthalate-free require attribution and should not be presented as an independent safety guarantee. A report challenging such wording should identify where the brand made the claim, whether the cited document is current and whether the guide incorrectly promotes the statement as established science. Concise, specific information is more useful than a speculative technical diagnosis. If the claim cannot be resolved through public evidence, the safe editorial outcome may be to label it as the brand’s own claim or remove it.
Legal and content-policy reports
If you believe a passage is inaccurate about import restrictions or prohibited childlike products, identify the relevant country and cite a current official statute, customs notice, government guidance or court record. Laws can separate import, possession, supply and other conduct, so please specify which proposition appears mistaken. A proposed bill is not the same as an enacted and operative law. Reports that preserve that distinction help prevent alarmist or misleading claims.
The site covers only unmistakably adult-bodied products. If a listing or image appears inconsistent with this rule, report the page location and describe the concern without forwarding prohibited imagery. You may instead give a text description of the item label and where it appears. Never email illegal material as an example. Editorial correction is separate from reporting suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities. We do not supply individual legal clearance for a proposed purchase or import.
Privacy when contacting the editors
Email contact is voluntary. An ordinary email may expose the address you send from, the name in your signature and information you decide to include. Share only what is necessary to describe a public editorial issue. Crop or redact order numbers, street addresses, names of other people and other private details before attaching an example. If you are communicating about a security concern, provide a minimal reproducible explanation rather than credentials or live account access.
No contact form or account portal is part of the website described here. We do not promise a particular review time or guarantee a reply to every message. Details about the site's present information practices are published in the privacy notice. A request concerning the handling of your own email data should make that purpose clear so it is not mistaken for a correction to a product page.
